I think I am doing what Robert is doing. One thing is for sure. All the tracks are different. Some dry, some wet, some gravel some grass some clay and some dirt.
Yep we all know how great some tracks are and how terrible others are, one thing I can tell you for sure is after I build a mower and take it to the track for testing and dial in the frt specs I don't touch it hardly ever again. (notice I said hardly) There will always be the need for some adjustment as R&T found out with our FX's which had a fixed front axle with no adjustment in 2007, there were some tracks that whe could not be touched on and ran right up there with the big dogs at nationals all with 28 flatties... Then some tracks we couldn't say on pace no matter where we put the air pressure in our bead locks. < This is why the FX's are coming out of the shop in 2009 with adjustable front ends just like the one you see on my IMOW here.
OK so on with this build! As Lee pointed out I am mostly done so I will take the camera back out to the shop tonight.
